When exactly do the female VV2s stop being able to have babies? I know that when they are elderly, if you try and have them mate, the info bar will say "Villager is elderly!" or something like that.
But none of my villagers over 50 will have babies. Is that across the whole game?
Well, when I am trying to up the parenting stats of a male villager, I have them embrace with an elderly villager - so, one of them doesn't have a baby and I have to switch to a different villager.. heh.

This could have something to do with me ... and I am sure others too ... In VV1 I complained that if you nominated a male as a "parent" he always chose the oldest female in the village first. This meant that you had a female in her 70s, on her very last legs, literally crawling around with twins!!! She always died very shortly afterwards and I thought it was just a bit much. Why not go for the youngest ones? So in VV2 males can father children right up to old age (as in the real world, lol!) but females get to have a break from all that as they get older. I think this is an improvement

First I had a 70 year old having a baby and now I have a 50 year who has just had a baby. Is there something different about my game to everybody elses or are they just 'one offs', both of them? Most of the older ladies have no interest or are too old. Trust me to get the two exceptions to the rule! lol

So far, in my game, females show an interest in "parenting" but don't actually have children ... Maybe your game is behaving differently, maybe it's got attitude!

My women continue having babies when they are elderly also. I have also gotten the message "This villager is elderly" (or something along those lines)...so I keep having the guy kiss her and she eventually ends up prego. Go figure. Just another fun thing to play around with in the game.
