I have such a lazy man in my village. I only have to turn my back for 2 mins. and he's off cooling his feel in the stream. He now has a 16 year old boy thats just as bad. Is there anything I can do to make them as hard working as the others. They are driving me mad.

Not that I have found. You might try killing all the lazy ones. Or at the very least don't let them breed.

The game has only been out for a short while. Perhaps something will be discovered.

Yes I think I will try that I was just desprate for another master builder and he is the closest to becoming one. I tried to get a female to master builder but although she is a good worker she didnt manage it either. I think that was because she had to a few breaks having babies \:\)
