Just wondering if im missing somthing or if its just decoration for them to have an excuse to gather and dance, ive banged the gong twice now and havent noticed anything, any hints, please help.

the gong recharges every 24 hours

then it will make its magic again

You have to pay attention to the messages, or you won't know what it did.

highlight the villager, drop them on the gong

DO NOT touch another villager

the one you dropped on the gong will strike it, and the effect it has will appear at the bottom of the screen

in my experience, when you click another villager, the msg doesn't appear

OK so today i Banged the gong, and the message i got on the villager who did it was *grants you luck....* i hope i figure out what that means at some point

I've experienced all these affects from the gong;

Gong granted wisdom
Gong granted food
Gong granted tech points (I think)
Gong taken away health
Gong granted technology
Gong granted health
Gong grants luck
I'm pretty sure of these.

When I rang the gong tonight at my usual time - it granted youth. It took years off of my villager!!!

Man, I have onyl had bad stuff happen LOL.... It took health twice from a bunch of villagers, then once took health from only the one ringing it...I liked to have never gotten her bar back up...it has taken food twice. Hoping tomorrow will be better. Im a glutten for punishment. lol
