I know it's too late to say, but if that happens again, you can always just close the game and reopen it. That empties the stew pot.

My oldest that has already died was 81. I now have one that is 82. but still alive. I make a health stew that restores and make em eat till thier bar is full.... I think this may be helping them live older...my youngest to die (I wasnt being watchful on the bars of health) was 77

Before I got level 3 Medicine my oldest was 70...now I have a 73 yo, hope he has a long life in front of him.

Esteemed Elder Torak was 81 when he passed in his sleep. well, my sleep, actually. he's the first one to make it into his 80's - and at the moment, my oldest living villager is only 69.
