I am experimenting with mods. This is my first one. It is a replacement for the harder-to-see brown mushroom.

It was created using a free image editor called "the Gimp" (the poor man's version of Photoshop).

I found that in the game, the mod mushroom is easier to spot from all views in all places such as mixed in with the crops from the overhead map view.

I was thinking about another mod where the brown mushroom would be a slice of pepperoni pizza and the red mushroom would be a whole pizza.

Mmmm... pizza!

I am not sure what the rules are for mods, if one is allowed to share them, or if there is a means to share them. If it is permitted and if anyone wants psychedelic mushrooms I will gladly share. If mods are frowned upon please forgive my ignorance, no disrespect intended.

Any interesting stories or ideas for mods?

OHH!!! This opens up a whole new world to me! I had no idea it was that easy to change the graphics! Now I have new veggies, new hair, new clothes (for free) and new shrooms! YAYAYAYAY!

(Although, looking into the graphics folder was a total spoiler for some of the things to come... D'OH!)

Hmmm... maybe I can change the carried baby graphic into a pregnant belly look instead.....

I want the purple mushroom! Little silly brown mushrooms are really hard to see.

There are 3 mushrooms shown in the pictures - I have only seen 2 - the regular brown one and the red one - What Is The Speckled One???

Is there a "walkthru" for how to change the graphic (mod) in the game? Not only to change the color/shape but to add a mod created by another player.
