I've got one villager who is a total, lazy, dog! Every time I turn around he is smooching and ducking into the hut even tho his parenting preference is not checked. He will not stay on task - period. He has fathered several children but his parent bar doesn't reflect ANY skill. I don't even know how he fathered the amount of children he did. I wouldn't have known he had any children until I was checking the detail screen of the little ones and there was his picture on the "birth record." Surprised me! I've thrown him in the ocean more times than I can count. Once, one of the girls followed him in and they were smooching and swimming at the same time. Guess Romeo found something he is good at but we don't have any more housing.
How can I get rid of this deadbeat bum? Maybe I could use a "sick" stew and poison him?

LOL! i am thinking about mass suicide by stew at my new village as well, none of my builders will stay on task. They are all elderly now and are still not masters cause they wont work!!! very frustrating.

I have had some villagers who only want to snog as well, but eventually I manage to get them on task. In fact, one is now a master in 2 things, and working on his 3rd! It's do-able.. just annoying!

Seems to me that as the village gets "older" and you have finished most of the techs and puzzles - that is when I have a problem getting anyone to want to work!

They all "enjoy the pond" or "relaxing" whenever I look at them!

My "newer" villages have more dedicated workers LOL

I completely agree with everyone, wish i could just drown all those lazy slackers! And it does seem that after they get adequate housing and food they just start doing a whole lot of laundry and exercise!
