I basically had this guy build the hospital by himself....why is he still considered an adept builder?! I don't get it! That bar is impossibly full for adept!!

I went thru something like this as well, and posted about it yesterday. I had a female villager who was a master scientist, master farmer, and had the same amount of skill in building but was still adept. It took 2 days of being adept before she finally reached master and elder status. Just hang in there. Apparently the bar fills up in segments, and it's not til it gets thru a certain segment that they master. Good luck!

Yes, I have the same thing. I am NOT liking how long it is taking to "Master" a skill on this game. I could see it being like this on a harder level but I'm playing on easy.

anyone else at that bar level is a master.....so i still don't get it....he's 71, so i doubt he's going to make elder before he goes to Isola heaven
