This is the second time I've experienced this!

The first time was because the birds ate all of the food. I figured that problem out and I started a new game. I had everything going great. I thought for sure I'd wake up and find the villagers doing fantasically....I sure did spend enough time to make sure everything was ok before I left for the night!

Well, They are all dead. For some reason they kept leaving the crops untouched and going for the coconuts...there was a field full of crops and 15 dead villagers!

I'm giving up!

Don't give up yet. LDW is working on that AI problem. I've found it very useful to set the game at 1/2 speed over night. Another issue is at 2x speed; your fire will go out, causing your villagers to get sick. If you don't have a trained healer, you'll lose villagers.

Sorry to hear that it happened again. I have run out of food and cannot locate the fish to eat the algae in the ocean. Where are they? I have paused my game out of fear of everyone dying! Any suggestions on where to look for these fish?
