I saw a question in the Shout Box about this and can't figger out how to respond there. Dumb me!!! So, here is what I have gleaned about VV2 time. It's the same as in VV1.

At normal speed, one year game time is 120 minutes computer clock time.

At 2x speed, a game year is, predictably, 60 minutes of computer time.

At 1/2x speed, it is 200 minutes... a bit faster than half of normal speed.

I THINK, but have not been able to verify, that game aging (time) stops while waiting for an operator (player) response, such as an event that requires a decision. Has anyone come to a conclusion about this?

Game time does not stop. If it's been on the screen for very long, the game will play "catch up" (as it does when being launched) when they player dismisses the message. \:\)
