I actually have seen other colors mentioned. One of my first kids dislikes 'green' and I think someone else liked green instead. No idea what it means.

And, eerily enough, my girl who dislikes learning dislikes resting too!

I don't think likes/dislikes pass down. I tried breeding two of my first villagers a few times because one liked snakes and one disliked them, and I wanted to see if their kids would go insane. Nothing doing; I haven't seen any mention of snakes in any dis/likes since.
