my villagers have started it, it has 1% done, and i have 6 people working on it, but it hasn't gone up from the 1% all day, is there something else that i need to do first?

things take time, but if you go into options on the menu and change the speed to 2X it might go faster

Repairing the Mosiac is one of the tasks that seem to take the longest. Just keep the working on it, thats all you can do.
