I have 2 at the moment. One of them, as a small child, I noticed that when I got her picking mushrooms she walked sooooo slowly, I looked at her dislikes.... oh yes.... running, now she is 14 and all she does is wander around 'thinking' I keep putting her to the research table with no joy.
My other was a master scientist, got there no problem, I set her off farming and every time I looked she was 'enjoying the pond' Looking at her dislikes 'work' I feel like drowning the pair of them ! Ohhhhh does that make me a bad mommy?

Yeah, I have two in a population of eleven...one dislikes work, the other dislikes work AND learning! Oh well at least they're female and I can just keep 'em pregnant all the time lol.

I have a work shy female, she is 14, put her on research, but she wanders of to the pool all the time, as soon as she is of age I will give her an easy task, baby maker , she may as well sit about for 2 years with a baby , because she is useless at everything else, yes her dislikes is work!
