I would love to hear what sort of events you got from banging the gong.

Unfortunately, my first Gong took health and I had to heal some folks (the one who banged it actually).
It was nothing bad but I would like to hear some *good* things that can come from it, too! LOL

Yesterday when I banged the gong (which was the first time I did it) the gong gave health and everyone's health got restored.

Today when I banged the gong it said something about giving me technology, which gave me tech points I think, I don't know how many as it is difficult to keep track of with so many people researching and not spending the points very much anymore.

I have banged it once so far. My villager was instantly a Master Scientist.

I have banged it once as well and got that villager became a master too!

I had it once where it gave life, and a whole heap of babies appeared, but I'm not sure whether that was because the ladies were pregnant before that and they just hadn't shown up (because I opened the game, the gong was done and I made someone strike it straightaway), or if that was the actual result.

Did any of that make sense?

Alright, you have convinced me to try banging the gong... I just can't help but think it must be bad if the other villagers broke it apart and tried to hide it!

I have only done it once and it granted me food also.

My first gong stole villagers food. My second granted food (I think) so i'm even.

i rang it yesterday it took away the villagers life that ringed it

the first two I lost health ann then I got tech

I rang the gong this morning , The villager that rang it got very ill . Yesterday i rand it and got 50,000 food points .

Rang it for the first time last night and *A LOT* of my tech points went poof. (Nasty green fog with it too)

I rang my gong and got Fertility! Pink Petals rained down and Every Childbearing woman became Pregnant by a man who looked like a cross between an Italian/Caveman. Was the only time I got this particular one, was interesting!

I seem to be the only one that was granted Fertility? Is this an uncommon occurance? like I said, it only happened once. If anyone else received the Fertility with pink Petels, please post, and let me know what your Mystery father looked like... Thanks, just curious....

I just rang it and it gave me life, so now I have 5 nursing mothers with 7 children.

I rang it just a little bit ago, *POOF*, population went from 31 to 48. Two fertile women had twins, the rest singles...I was hoping for another set of triplets, I've only had one set. The only real problem is that I don't have a lot of workers now, but I've got plenty of food, so I should be good until the babies ween.

For the longest time I didn't get a-a-anything but "gong grants food". It was SO frustrating!! I finally got another effect, one I hadn't gotten ever before. "Gong grants youth".

It's only worked for me once, it gave me food.

How long do I have to wait to hit the gong again?

Finally got to ring the gong today... it granted wisdom, what the heck does that do for me?

I just finally completed it (after getting a good copy of the game instead of the broken reflexive one!) and it gave food, made the crop come in. I'd just looked before ringing the gong, and the crop had 37 minutes or so, and then I rang the gong, and the crop came in full. No coconuts tho!

Congratulations Hel! When it grants food it may be some crops, some coconuts or some food points! It's random!

For you, nothing but for your villager (the one who rang the gong) it gives him skills, enough to make him Master!! I have made several Esteemed Elders in this manner!

Second gong ringing last night before bed, took tech, but meh, cos I've gotten all levels of everything, so tech points are just for changing the clothes of villagers now.

And third ringing took tech again, but I still don't care.
