Okay I've noticed a few intresting things. Some of them I've seen in other threats in the screen shots, like picking up a mushroom and it being listed as an item... this one is just... well. It's different anyway.
24,048 minutes?! That's like... a week! She'll be long dead before she turns loose of that kid! He'll be ancient! That's a loooong time to breat feed a kid :snicker:

I think I may have a glitch in my game. First of all, I have no food for my villagers. The ocean is full of algae and the coconuts really don't help out much. The birds have been eating every crop for hours. So not only are my people starving to death (those mushrooms are only worth 6!), I made two stews which didn't help out at all. Here's where the glitch came in....The first stew made everyone sick and the second one was unable to be eaten (it was so bad tasting) yet when I go to the "statistics" screen, my stew score is still "0". I am thinking that I had to have at least one register but since the reaction to each one was different, I think I should have a "2" there. Is anything weird happening to anyone else?

Also, down in the very right bottom screen, when an item comes up, it disappears in the child's hands. They'll bend down to pick it up, they'll both stay completely still for a second or two and then the item will disappear. Is it me or is this weird?

I've had the bottom-of-the-screen glitch too, TerriDean... essentially, they get stuck down there and can't move or do anything. If an item does pop up down there, you have to make sure they're above it enough to be able to take it back. Not that I can speak from experience, 'cuz I keep forgetting to do that myself... \:\/

I believe there is a patch coming out soon to fix this. I could be wrong.

There is a puzzle you can solve to fix this. The solution to all the puzzles is in the guide section HERE .

Some stews give you credit, some don't. Generally the ones with beneficial effects give you credit. I think. \:\)

I also have noticed the glitche at the bottom right hand side when an item appears and a child goes to pick it up, it dissappears. I thought I was doing something wrong but it has happened several times and is most annoying.

Thanks so much to everyone who responded to me....

Now something else STRANGE has happened!

Ok, I woke up this morning to find everyone dead. I started a new game this afternoon.

It was funny....in the game where everyone died, I never had anything float in, etc. There was nothing "out of the ordinary" that happened, if you know what I mean or maybe I should say I had no surprise boxes in that game where I had to make a decision.

Anyway, I started over & already I had extra things happen like a box floated onto the beach, etc. and I had to make a decision whether to open it or not.

I just logged onto the game & all 4 of my "of age" adults are fishing. Three are trainee farmers & 1 is untrained yet as soon as I logged in, a box appeared on the game that I had one MASTER!

How could this be? I have NO MASTERS!

Terri

I was scrolling through my villagers and did a double take on this one... TIPA! That's not a baby! Ewww.

(It was a very short lived glitch. She went and put her 'baby' in the food bin and then turned around and a normal baby appeared in her arms.)

It is infuriating when the kids drop items or freeze. Although I especially experience it in the bottom right corner, I have had similar glitches at other spots. I could stand it except when I lost a red mushroom and two different unusual items that I hadn't collected yet. I hope there is going to be a fix for this, because it would be pretty boring waiting for points etc. except for the fun of spotting mushrooms and items and grabbing a kid to capture them.

I have the kids carring collectables or mushrooms get "stuck" in the fire - then drop whatever they are carring.

This is really really frustrating when it is a Red Shroom and everyone is Starving!

I think you have to get a good stew to finish that puzzle, then it starts counting stews. The first stew my girlfriend made was a bad tasting one, and she had to make a better one to solve the puzzle. I've been given credit for both the inedible stew and the sick stew.

I have the same glitch on my VV2. I had one more pebble to pick up. And it was in the lower right hand part of the screen and my little boy just stayed there with it in his hands and then it vanished.
And believe it or not,it has taken forever to get that last pebble and the last butterfly.

I just got a weird one. My fire looked like it was burning fine (which it shouldn't have been because I had looked at the time left earlier and it should have run out).

Anyway, I click on the fire to try to see how much time it says is left......no answer. The "fire" is a mirage. I even go send villagers to collect more wood and grass and then they "relight" the fire (while the mirage fire is still burning). Once the real fire has replaced the mirage, everything is fine again and I can click and see how much time is left.

Anyone else getting "mirage fires"?

Did you pause that game? You get all sorts of funny figures appearing in the game if it's paused.

lol, lol, lol That was the funniest post I have read in awhile.

I guess you can call it a mirage fire. But I think maybe it is that way for everyone.Maybe it isn't a glitch.Maybe they programed it that way.
Because when I went to make a stew the fire was going but it said it needed a fire.
Anyway thanks for the laugh.

The algae isn't a glitch Terri it's one of the puzzles, the only thing that you posted that is an actual glitch in the game is the picking up of the collectibles. The rest are just things you have to learn to work out!

I didn't realise there were more pages, so if someone else already said this...SORRY!
