So far the game's been pretty fun. Good job guys. I never played VV1, but I liked VV2 so far.

Anyways, I haven't seen a thread about this but just to give a friendly tip: I've found that you always need someone maintaining the farm by watering/planting at all times after the harvest. I usually put 2 people on it. If you let it go, the farm will stop growing and you have to start the growing cycle all over again! It doesn't seem like watering does anything except raise the farmers skills, but you got to have them there.

The crops are on a fixed time cycle, so whether you water them or not, they turn up at the appointed time. In fact, if you still have crops on the ground when the crops come in, those leftover crops will be recorded as spoiled \:\)

No, I'm talking about when there are no crops left and your'e waiting for more. I took my two farmers away to have to do research instead of watering the field. I was well into the next cycle, like 110 minutes left til next harvest and then I lost all that time. If you clicked on the field, it didn't say anything and didn't tell you how much time you had left. I then put the farmers back on the field and immediately after they planted, it said "240 minutes til new crops". I could be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure that's what happened.

Sorry, I should have pointed out that I was referring to bajantara. Forgive. HDiddy, I don't get how you lost all that time...unless you were messin' with the clock?

the same thing has happened to me, took all farmers away and ended up with a crop that wasn't coming in for 360 minutes!! needless to say, it wasn't easy to get them through that lol and no i wasn't messing with the clock, if i tried to figure that one out, my computer would probably rebel, it doesn't like me playing around normally, much less try to change time all the time (doesn't this mess with other applications on their comp? just wondering)

The only thing watering and planting do is to give your farmers more experience, if you need them to get it, but if you wish, I'll ask LadyCFII to confirm it \:\)
