ok so supposedly you can go to the map screen and zoom into diffrent parts by using your number pad, I've tried and nothin happens I tried with num lock on and off does anyone kno how to make it work?

the number pad thing is for when you're actually playing the game....not from the map....it helps you go from one corner to the other, quickly....

if you are in the game hit "M" on you keyboard to see the main map. and "esc" takes you back to the game. In the game 1-9 moves you around the 9 square grid of the map.
