I have a female, she's a master in 2 skills, she's over 50 and almost a master in parenting. I have been getting het to teach the kids and its says she is learning, but, she still hasn't become a master. Is it possible to do this, or am I flogging a dead horse?

Try dragging her onto an over-18 male. She's too old to have babies, but each time they kiss her parenting skills will still increase a little. It may take a little time and patience, but eventually she should reach master.
