Help I have the garden and an adept builder but when I put the builder on the twisted wood they say that they are unsure of what to do do I need a certin level of Tech or do I have to wait for the birds to come once?

If you're working on Puzzle 4 at the same time, you need to finish it first before you can complete puzzle 3.
