HELP!! My Master Builders opened the crate on the beach but then when they tried to retrieve it, it disappeared and now they cant retrieve it and it looks like it is not even there and it does not show up as a founc piece...what now?>??

Close the game then reopen it. It should appear among the pieces of crate and your villager can retrieve it.
