hi, am am very new but i have been spying for a few weeks waiting for the lost children I tried to buy the game today but it was £18.05 with the cd (about $34) is the cd compulsory? i couldnt find an option to get rid of it on big fish games so thought i would ask here. Thank you for any help and sorry if i posted this in the wrong place

Sure, the cd they are trying to sell you just has sample games. Just uncheck the box, and it will be taken off.

problem not over yet, i now have an error opening the file, i just downloaded from paid the link, can i try on the trial page to put my activation code in It seems this was not meant to be

you should get an activation code in your email. don't download twice

if you have an error opening your file, you may have had a bad download. Try re-downloading it. Opening the file doesn't have anything to do with putting in your code. If you can't get the file open, you can't put in the code.

Sorry it has took so long to answer, i forgot i had downloaded the trial, once i put my activation code in it was fine I have finally stopped my daughter from playing so i can have my laptop back lol

I thought the cd was the game vv2.I bought it also since I lost vv1 because my computer went out and had to buy new one.I didnt want the same to happen to this game.That makes me mad that the cd I bought when I bought this game is just samples of other games.They should make that clear to people.

You should contact Big Fish Games and let them know that you're unhappy with the contents of those CDs and the way they "marketed" them. That CD set is something that Big Fish Games adds on the purchase page for all of the games that they sell, but it is optional. Unfortunately, Big Fish Games does not make that very clear, but immediately beneath the price area is a box that says: If you click on the Learn More link, you'll find out what you get for your $9.95. Then, if you don't want that option, you simply remove the check-mark in the box to buy only the game that you want to order. It's always a good idea to read an online order form carefully so that you understand all of the charges and options.

Another fishy thing from BigFish - get it?

I am still waiting to get my CD from big fish.It better be worth the price.I really am upset its not the VV2 game on CD.Instead its just sample games and they better be good.
