lol..... how do I get help for my Master Builder to open the crate? .. I have 2 Master Builders, 2 Master Scientists and level 2 on everything, please tell me what I'm missing..... thx

I have 2 builders and they won't work together on it or get each other for help......

I just get a message saying it's too hard, she needs help, I've drug both master builders ALL over the map.... I'm so 'lost'
