I mean, once they mastered research or farming or healing, do you put them onto another subject or are you keeping them as THE Master Doctor, THE Master Scientist...?

HELP!

I put them on whatever I think is the best choice for them!

I change their fields sometimes. I've had some that were masters (even completely mastered) three or four different areas before. But I did kind of have to sit on them for that.

See, that makes sense, because when one of my master scientists researched and researched on it said: This villager already mastered this skill and I wondered if the idea is to clue them up on everything...

Thank you very much!

It's often a good idea to retrain villagers so they they have more than one skill. If, say, an event wipes out all your food you will probably want more than the normal number of farmers to restore the stocks as soon as possible. You don't want to keep babysitting villagers who've never done any farming before and dragging them back to work ...

Quote:
This villager already mastered this skill
This message simply means that your master has already reached 100% on the skill and can't improve any further. They will still earn the normal tech points/food/building percentage.

I play a few differnt ways, one time I might try and keep everyone with knowing just one thing (although that takes major mico managing)
Another time I played where once they advanced from one level to the next I moved them around to each area to learn (with the exception of breeding, of course). This way also took some micro managing.

After winning the first time, you tend to try new ways to play the game to see what you can come up with.

I did that when I first started playing the game, but then stopped. At first that is what I thought you needed to get the GC, so I worked hard at it! \:o
