I am asking because none of my builders get beyond "adept". Why??? I am letting them fix the huts, they get to build new huts when there are more needed. Why don't they become Masters of their field??? Why????

They'll become masters - they just have to work at it.

How other than building, fixing (and examining?) huts can one become a Master Builder? Is there anything else I should let them do? Cause there isn't really that much to be done, or is there...? Am I missing something?
