i can not get my garden of flowers to grow what is wrong??????

are you watering it with the water from the lagoon?

yes i finally got the garden to grow it just happened about 17 hours after i started watering it

ok now that i garden grew can anyone tell me if the game will go faster than 2x the speed and how to change the color of the mushrooms

ok i downloaded the game from here but i do not have the disk or anything that lets me get into the games images how would i change the mushroooms then

The are installed on your had drive. The path should be:

C:\Program Files\Virtual Villagers\Images

If you need help getting there let me know.

Just right click on the file called carrying.png and select save target as. I would save it on your desk top. The I would copy the file called carrying.png in your image folder to a backup folder in case you want to revert back to the original. I made a folder called backup in the image folder. Then copy the carrying.png folder you saved on your desk top to the image folder. You should then be good to go.

i did all that and they are still brown

Did you install it into the "Images" folder? Don't install it into a file like "Back up" images.

And did you close the VV game?

Make sure you downloaded the file from Carla's post and not LadyCFII. The file LadycfII added the original.

Ok, well some peeps have the box around them. All you need to do is copy the carrying.png file you put in the backup folder back into your image folder and it will be back to the original.

i did and it still wont let me see the things i carry

ok... do i just keep watering the garden thing until it grows and will it make a difference if im making everyone water it? its frusterating me because ive been watering it for like an hour and nothings happening! i would really appreciate some help!

It takes a lot of water. You can do it in an hour only if you have dozens of villagers working on it all the time.
