Hi can you make a population over 90????

If you get certin events like the barrle and crates of babys, and the face in the woods, or if your at 89 villagers and get triplets or twins, you can go over the max!

It's also freakishly rare to get over 92, the maximum you can have if you had triplets at 89. See here for my personal experience of that.
