I've had my game running for about 3 months now. Had at peek 91 villagers with the oldest at 102 years. A few days ago, I was down to 22. I set them to breed like bunnies and moved on. Came back to the game and found I have only 1, the GC. Since there's 4055817 in food, I'm guessing he can chase butterflies for a while and not run into much trouble. I wonder if a crate of babies will wash up to join him?

'Fraid not, Tess.

You only get events if there's at least one adult villager. \:\(

Now I'm even more confused. Elsewhere in these forums I had read that even if you're down to the G.C. as your only villager you can hope for an event like a crate or barrel of babies. Now you're saying there has to be an adult in the village for events to happen. So those of us who are down to just the G.C. should just give up and start over?

Unless you want to sit around and see how many berries the berry bush can hold, you should start over. Eyeshigh did that once in a post far, far away, so we don't need to repeat the experiment again. \:\)

Well I've got 14059051 berries in my oldest game (and 309851 tech points) and the other game with just a G.C. I've got 3996463 berries and 2354607 tech points. ~sigh~

But I made it to number 20 for the length the game had been running! Oh well.
