I don't know if I'll have the willpower, but right now I'm planning to stay away from the forum for a bit after I get The Lost Children. I know other people will figure out all the puzzles and behaviors and tricks before I do. And if I come here, I won't be able to resist reading. And I'd kind of like to try and figure it out for myself for a change (I kinda spoiled myself when I got the first one and read how to solve several of the puzzles here).

I expect to end up here eventually for some of the puzzles, but I want to try with just my sister for help (we live together and will be gabbing about the game).

How will you approach VV2?

I will be nipping every now and then a bit, and playing on VV2 the same time.

Same with me! Im going to stay away until I finish the lost children. I also had a lot of help with the puzzles on VV1

But now you are into the way the developers mind works

With the game coming out in just a few days, I'm getting as much of the forums now as I can, since I'll be staying away later.

I was just thinking, though - what if I run into something I think is a _bug_/glitch? I'll have to come here to report it (even though others probably will have already) and I'll see all the threads and I'll want to look at them. And I have no willpower.

Likewise, if I get stuck on one thing and come here to find out about it, I'll wind up reading the answers to all the puzzles. Darn that lack of willpower.

And I kind of feel sad for my current villagers. I'm going to pause them and forget about them for a while after VV2 comes out (I just can't bring myself to call it TLC, since that abbreviation if already taken in my mind - but then, so is ANH).

It would be fun to check how other player are doing.

I'd still be checking the forums while I play.. It would take awhile to play and I'd rather take my time with the game. cuz, you see, the game is never-ending! So we can take all the time we need and still contribute to the forums. Loyal as we are.
