Yes that is what I’m saying. You can still rack up tech points but you will have to manually drop the villagers at the table. And once they finish they will go onto something else, therefore you would have to drag them back to the table. So yes if you want to keep racking up the points, you will have to NOT buy all the techs. I would suggest not getting level 3 meds. That is the only tech that you do not need to have level 3 in order to get all the puzzles.

points earned is just all of the tech points you earned, total

once you get your techs, you stop earning points

Thank you Village Idiot for your last respond. Now regarding Mushrooms.... do they always drop randomly? even after you complete the whole game? Cause thats a way to show that your actually moving within the game so I can make a system based on Mushrooms collected, which means you have to play the game..... 8\)

Mushrooms do drop randomly, and will continue to come up so long as you play.

Then I might have a new system for another stat..... This way I can see how many players are actually active. Its based on another game i play which I love the ranking system on that game and wanted to someone put that in this game.

Remember I love numbers, so i can do many things so this game doesnt get boring after we beat it.

i have one game where my goal is to be #1 in mushies, i have over 750 i think and i'm only #5

the stats that i get on that page are how i keep the game interesting, i don't need levels and such, i just look at my rank, and i pick different things for each game that i care about the stats in...i have one where all i care about is food gathered, one that is all about tech points, the one about the mushrooms, one about how quickly i can get the puzzles solved, etc....it never gets old to me.

Great Job eyeshigh,

thats what its all about, doing different things to keep the game alive!.... All I'm doing is helping those that cant keep this game creative. I show the system and all you have to do if follow it. But your system seems to work for you which is all that matters! Keep up the good work

Tech points can also be gained by certain events. But I'll usually play my games to get the 3rd level medicine before the 3rd level fertility to extend my villagers lives.

Also remember that with mushrooms people can "cheat" by placing multiple kids on one mushroom.

Maybe you should base your ranking system on how much food is collected? Even when an event wipes out your food supply, that number keeps increasing as long as the game is "running", even in background mode.

Or possibly how many triplets are born?
