When I checked my game I saw one of my villagers doing N.I.C (Nature Is Calling!) He is 16 year old when I saw him doing that

I had a couple of adults doing the same so I checked out what I his skill was set at & on one I had forgotten to set his skill and the other was set for breeding. Once I changed the skill setting they stopped. Not sure if it was a coincidence or not though???? I hope this helps!!! \:\)
