I'm so glad to find this forum b/c I'm stuck!
I know the next puzzle I have to complete is 13 and that's the GC (not that I know what that stands for).
I don't know what highly skilled person needs to do this and it has something to do with the idol. Can anyone offer a helpful hint? I haven't had any real progress in a few weeks and I need motivation to get to a next step.

Try making sure you have the right levels of skill. Other than that, I cant really help.

have you checked the guides that you can link to from the vv site?

Have you finished your idol??? And do you have I think its level 3 tech??? If so, all you need to do is place a woman caring for baby into the lake and she will give birth to the golden child. I'm pretty sure that's the level of tech but don't hold me to it Good luck!!!!

Have you carved the idol? If so, then you need to have a third tech maxed, and then drag a nursing mother over the northwest corner of the village and see what happens.

Also, you must have level three in Fertility

That's why we have the Virtual Villagers Guide. It's always there for people to look at, and doesn't require remembering a lot of details!

OK, I've fully researched and purchased everything allowable so I guess I just need to wait for someone to die so I can make another baby and put it in the lagoon, then.. Right?
