I had a game on a computer that I only get to once or twice a week. I started a new game a few weeks ago, pausing while I was gone since the game wasn't quite ready to run on its own.

Last Wednesday, I left the game running. I had Level 2 Farming, and each adult spent a little time "planting crops" so it was in their "knowledge set." No new babies yet, so only the original 4 adults and kid (it was hard mode...) They should have survived until yesterday.

But when I opened the game all of the villagers had died. When I checked the log, there were at least five crops that came in, but my farmers ignored it. They picked the berrie bush until it was gone, and then everyone starved.
