Hi there, I'm new to posting here, but have been lurking for a while now. I'm totally hooked on this game...and can't wait till the next edition comes out. I just wanted to pop in and say hi, and happy holidays and all that jazz...lol...

On a sad note, my only runner, has grown elderly and no longer runs....I've bred him with many many women, so maybe *fingers crossed* I'll get another runner out of the batch..is that how it works? Or do you just get runners by fluke??

Hi Poohbrains. Welcome to the site and happy holidays to you as well. You know, I've never noticed that my runners slow down when they get old... so this news is actually a revelation for me. I would think that a runner might probably breed more runners. I don't know how we get them, but they are wonderful workers, huh. :0)

I'm afraid all of us have to slow down as we get older. I know I have. (Not that I was much of a runner when I was younger.)

With VVs, as soon as their details start to show them as "elderly" they slow down. With runners the change is particularly startling. You can put off the arrival of "elderliness" by getting L2 or L3 medicine, but even at the top level they will eventually become old.

I don't think anyone here has been able to breed runners to produce more runners. They just seem to appear at random.
