I have gotten all the upgrades from the tech points and my villagers keep wondering around the well worrying about housing I have built all the huts it will let me and still worried and the only puzzles I have left is 10 and 13-16 but I don't seem to be getting anywhere now. Any suggestions?

Don't listen to the villagers if there worried but you've done most of what you can.

Most of the puzzles that you have left depend upon Puzzle 13. If you're stuck, you can get help from the Detailed Spoilers thread of the Virtual Villagers Guide.
