hey... does anyone know how to solve puzzle 15? i have all tech levels except lvl 3 fertility and masters of everything. pls help.

Requires levle 3 building and science, completion of the ruins and master builder. Drag the master builder between the ruins and the food bin, keep dropping the builder around the most sandy parts. ;\)

the ruins don't need to be completed, though doing that helps give a builder skills to be a master.
