Where do you look to solve Puzzle 15?

between to food bin and the ruins. The villager needs to be a master builder, and requires levle 3 of science and building. Keep dropping the villager between the ruins and the food bun.

I found the picture, put the master builder on that spot, he dug, but all he digs up are boards like for the construction of a new hut.

That scaffolding appears on all construction sites. It will take quite awhile for that puzzle to be completed. Let them dig and be patient!

That's the last puzzle that I need to complete. Is there more to the game after all 16 puzzles are solved?
