I must say I cheat. The orange/yellow colour scheme is too bright for my liking. I switched to the ubbthreads scheme instead. Much more restful on the eyes. 8\)

To change go to My Stuff > My Preferences and change 'Your preferred stylesheet' to 'ubbthreads'.
