Monday Morning Notes week 14:

Well this is turning out to be a very interesting weekend for the LDW Fantasy Football League. This is the last game until playoffs begin next weekend.

It looks like the top three spots have been determined. Congrats to VVA, The Flying Muskrats and VI! It appears you will make it to the Championship Playoffs!

The last spot has yet to be determined and will hinge in with the Isola Girls. If they win this weeks game they will be in the Championship Playoffs. If they lose, we will have a four way tie for forth place. If that happens, the forth place team will be decided on the total points scored this season. And from the looks of it Isola Girls will have more points then the other fourth place teams. So the odds are the Championship bracket will look like this:

(2) The Flying Muskrats
Vs.
(3) The Village Idiots


The Consolation Bracket will look like this:

Ok, well it looks official.

VVA won the season with a 9 and 4 record. Good job VVA!

Here are the official match ups for the first LDW Super Bowl:

Number 1 seed VVA vs. number 4 seed Isola Girls
Number 2 seed Flying Muskrats vs. number 3 seed Village Idiots.

High score this week came from VI posting 96 points. The low score came from The golden Children with 32 points.

If you go by the projections it looks like VI and Isola Girls will be in the LDW Super Bowl, but as we all know, those projections don’t mean diddly!

In the Consolation bracket we have the following match ups:

Number 5 seed VI, Jr. vs. #8 seed Isola Chieftans; and
Number 6 seed The Golden Children vs. #7 seed Rantin’ and Raven.

Monday Morning Notes:

Well we have two close games, but I think we can call them before the Monday Night Football game. Remember the winners of these two games go to the First LDW Super Bowl!!

The fist match up is between The Village Idiots and The Flying Muskrats. VI is up by 17 points and has no players in tonight’s game. The Flying Muskrats has only one player left, Shayne Graham, the kicker for Cincy. Where as it is possible for a kicker to score 17 points, I have not seen one do so this year. Could this be the game??

The other match up is between the Isola Girls and VVA. This is a very low scoring game! VVA holds the lead at 44 over Isola Girls 24 points. Isloa Girls has one BIG player left, Joseph Abbai with the beloved Indianapolis Colts, but VVA has two players in tonight’s game, namely Peyton Manning and Reggie Wayne, both of the Indianapolis Colts as well. So basically Addai would have to out score Manning and Wayne by 17 points for Isola Girls to win. Possible, but not very likely.

We will announce the actual Super Bowl teams tomorrow.

We officially have our First LDW Fantasy Football Superbowl Champion! Congratulations to VVA on wining the Champ Title.

VVA spanked VI 86 to 61 in the Superbowl. Way to go VVA. So here are the year-end placements:
