This is my first post, and as you may see I up at VV very late. Iniitially when I found this game I had been looking for an interactive downloadable on the internet - similar to WOW but not so costly... that is when i happened upon VV. I have burned through a couple of villages and now feel I have a handle on things.

However, I experienced frustration today with my village that I began yesterday; as of not so long ago I still had six villagers and for the life of me couldn't get the little buggers to breed! I kept dragging them together but either got '...not successful this time..." or "they are too hungry..."

out of total frustration because I wanted these little brats to breed at least one baby - stopped them all from their regular activities and dragged them repeatedly to the trough until they had cosumed nearly 100 food pts.

I then tried to get two different couples to breed - it still took repeated attempts of dragging the pairs together but finally I have two new babies!

once you have between 300-400 food points stored, the still hungry message goes away

You're villagers won't breed easily if there is less than about 250-300 food points.

judging from my main village on this computer, they will not breed when you want them to, and they will breed like bunnyrabbits when you don't want any more kids...
