I dont know how to make my villagers have babys!

If you need the basics of how to make baby villagers (and you're playing Virtual Villagers, not Village Sim), go to the Menu and click on Help. The 4th page shows how to do that. Even if you are already familiar with the basics, your villagers won't breed if you don't have enough housing (look for a message that says, "There's not enough housing" when you try to mate villagers). If you have 7 villagers and haven't completed that first new hut yet, your villagers won't produce babies.
