Hi all, I'm new here. Been playing VV for about 10 days now and I have 90 villagers and the GC with all the puzzles solved. Is that basically the end of the game?

Virtual Villagers, like all of our real-time games, is designed to be open-ended. Each game has clear goals, but the games can continue to go on and allow you to play as long as you like. There has been a lot of good discussion about that topic in the forums. Here are links to some of the threads:
