i got to the cave cause the golden child is born but why dont the butterflies come round the flowers and what about the fruitless plant how do you make the fruit grow...?

Both puzzles involve the GC... Take him and drop him at points around the island and see what happens.

Try picking up the GC and taking him to the group of butterflies. Then slowly carry him back to the flower patch so the butterflies can follow him. Do the same when carrying him to the magic fruit bush.

The boulder he will go over to on his own, although, sometimes he can be "encouraged" if you keep placing him there, although, I think it's generally best left up to him. Hope this helps...
