What does the magic fruit actually do?

I don't think it DOES anything.
It just IS a puzzle.
(but maybe I am wrong?)

There's a large thread called "how old is your oldest villager" or similar, it's back a bit, around page 10....I think it covers just about everything on aging, the elders of the villages, etc....lots of interesting comments...

But regarding the magic fruit, I think most would agree it's useless as far as helping your elderly to live longer. But given the way the poor things are reduced to creeping around the villages, would you really want them to??

i had come to the conclusion that it did nothing, and i'm pretty sure most agree, although I have sometimes seen people say otherwise....

was kinda hoping someone of the admin nature would weigh in on this....

I just know that after getting it my villagers tend to make it past 70, sometimes past 100.

Seems a bit pointless to make people live longer when you have pretty much reached max population and the game is almost over though...

I hope your parents don't read this... (or your children - they might get ideas!) lol

When you take a villager over to the fruit it will say that your villager will now live longer. How long that is I don't know. I have noticed that those people do live longer and breed when they are much older too.
