Any possibility of getting VV and VVII on Gametap anytime soon?

Although I'm not the person in charge of marketing, I wouldn't expect to see them on GameTap anytime soon. If you look at what's offered there, you'll see a complete absence of casual downloadable games. Besides, the second chapter of Virtual Villagers is still in development!

With all due respect, I see VV as a game that stands apart from the other games offered on sites like Gamehouse and RealArcade. It's an actual interactive story game. I don't know if Gametap makes available any of the Sims games, but I can envision VV being a worthy candidate for a Virtual Game category on Gametap, and December is not that far away (date VV2 to be finished).

So, I guess this is a winded way of asking, who are the powers that be that would make the decision on getting VV on Gametap? Would my voice have any power if I contacted GT as a customer, and requested VV be available to me?

Thanks for your kind words! Unfortunately, the distribution agreements for the computer game market are very complex, and it's not entirely up to GameTap to determine which games that it can offer. While there is no harm in making an inquiry, it's not likely that it would accomplish much more than expressing your interest.

It cannot hurt to inquire. If enough people inquire they might figure out that they can make money off the game....
