How do i do it?

Check a free photo storage place like http://www.photobucket.com where you can upload your pics; then paste the code for forums (the IMG one) into your post.. that's it! You'll find a tutorial on how to upload your pics, and generate the codes on that site too.

Do you mean a pic of your VV screen ?? If so, press the space bar to pause your game. Look along the top row of buttons, right hand side, on your key board for "Print Scrn" or something similar, got it ?? Press "Control" and this button, this should capture a pic of your screen on your internal notice board. Now you need to open either the Paint program that comes with Windows or some other suchlike program, Paintshop Pro is another. Now you just right click your mouse and choose "Paste". Hey presto, you should now have your pic!! I suggest you save it somewhere before you start playing about with it. Your finished pic needs to be on a web site for you to post it on VV Forum. If you haven't got one, don't worry. Go on the net and search for "Photobucket". You can open an account for free and they store your pics. Upload your pic to this program. Underneath the pic there is 3 lines of gobbledegook if you are anything like me LOL !! Use your mouse to highlight and copy the third one down. Now, finally, write your post for the VV Forum and "paste" this line of info into your post and hopefully your pic will show. Hope this all helps and that I haven't missed anything out!! OOps spotted something myself. After you highlight the 3rd line under your pic on photobucket - use your mouse to "copy" it LOL!! Sorry about that

oh avatars... go to "my home go edit profile scroll down till you see a browse button and press it and it takes you to your saved pic then select one by double clicking and there is little pressable dot above the line that the browse button is on selct it and dont do the URL one unless you have to

oh and if u want the o ne i have {there more freebies that come with your computer than these} go to "sample pictures"

The whos abouts of what could you simply that. ex. 2to the power of 4 minus 6 plus 3 instead of 2x2x2x2-6+3=.
