Changing format = changing
Maybe not visually , but you changed it

Simple solution: get a new picture of the flower garden
Or: re-install the game( you risk losing reg key )
Or: install the game a second time , but somewhere else , copy image and unisntall the secondary one
Or use the one i uploaded for you
( original png file , works normally for everyone. If not , ask someone to convert it to jpg with a program that supports transparancy... and paste it in the images folder )
