i cant see the flowers garden (YES, i did complete that task) they take flowers and everything...

so i looked at the log file and i found this:

so went to the images folder and changed the file garden_restored.png to garden_restored.jpg.
now i see the flowers but also white background on side(like in the image)

i changed it back.

Sounds like you used the Paint program to edit it, which will leave a white background. If you can find a different program that will allow you to delete the white background, that will help. There was another thread on the forum that had helpful instructions on this issue, I'll see if I can find it for you.

Or I believe you can try reinstalling the game from where you purchased it from over the existing game to fix that problem. I'm having trouble finding the thread that had the help about editing the image file.

There's a diffrence between a transparent and a white background, use a graphical program wich supports a transparant color, and save it with that program into jpg
I think Paint Shop Pro 8 or 9 has that...

i didnt change the image.

im not going to draw a new background for it!

JPG does not support transparency

You have to leave the files named exactly what they are supposed to be in this case the garden is supposed to be a png called garden_restored.png

HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM!?!?!?!!?!?!?!??

Check your version of the game (look on the menu page). If it's not v1.01, you need to update your game. It's important to get the update from the same site where you purchased the game or your reg code will no longer work. The easiest way to update your game is to download the trial and install it right over your current game. If you want to back up your games first (to be safe), you can find their names and location in this post.

LadyCFII is right, i looked for an older trial verion, found one , installed ( somewere else of course than the original folder ), and copied my game files into it, and i had the same problem: the flower garden is not visible in v1.00
So like LadyCFII says: update your game

i got it from playfirst, where can i find the update?

Download it from the SAME place... it doesn't actually say version 1.01 as part of the file name, but it should be the updated version.
