Hi ... I need some help in getting a proper version of VV running without the 1 hour demo. I'm in South Africa and our credit cards aren't accepted ... I can only pay per cheque and I've got a little boy screaming in my ears about "his game". I don't trust our postal system enough to post a cheque nor do I think he (my son) would grant me that much time. He's absolutely fixated on his version of "civilization" he he he

Rudi: the only thing I can think for you to do is sign up with a game site which lets you have a free game for signing up and offers a trial period free. Then cancel before payment due if you don't want to stay with them. Real Arcade do this, you get your first game free and 30 days to pull out, but as we ALL know, they don't sell VV at the moment. Good luck. Don't the forums get you into the game?

HAhahaha that would not have been a problem if I had not in all my wisdom lost the Parent Control Password. Most sites are being blocked by my firewall (SurfControl). Very VERY good program ... much to my detrement currently. Microsoft says you can't override it, guess who's going to reformat their PC

I know some places don't accept non-US issued credit cards - but that may be a site that doesn't even have a location option other than the US or Canada. You could try buying from another site. Is it LDW you're trying to buy it from? if not, you might try that
