I'm fine. It's one of "those" days. Lot on my mind and believe it or not, "some" of it has nothing to do with VV. Flabbergasting... I know... as your jaw drops to the ground. As incredible as it sounds, there are times when I... dare I say it... am not thinking about VV. Fifty lashes with a wet noodle. Nothings wrong.... other than my mind and it's been agreed upon that's a given. The fireplace and rocking chair sound GREAT, and of course, Max is the icing on the cake. Mine are all sleeping (and snoring) around me, oblivious to my ponderings. And why I shouldn't they be, I, myself just zoned out and caught myself staring at the screen for the last 15 minutes. If you're wondering what I was thinking about, you're giving me too much credit in assuming I was thinking. I just checked and my mind said it was out to lunch. No specified time on when (or if) it will return.

I thought I'd find you in the "asylum". It seems our numbers from RA have dwindled. Irishmaura still posts from time to time but I haven't seen anything recent from grace. I'm here now because there are no familiar faces out there lately.
I don't know how long I will be around because now I can't login using my password. Everything was going fine all this time and then the other day I tried to login and couldn't. They tried sending me a new password but that did not work either. And besides, I would rather have my old password back. If I have to use one of their passwords, I don't know if I will be a member of this forum anymore. I hate typing upper case and lower case letters. It gets on my nerves big time. There is not even an option of resetting my password. And I don't want to cancel and then re-register because I'll lose whatever status I have.
I think all this waiting is getting to me. If anyone holds a vigil outside the offices of ldw, let me know. I'll be right there sitting with you guys. Can you imagine them looking out their office windows and seeing a sea of people chanting "VVttwwwoooooo" over and over and over and....
Anyway, hopefully ldw can resolve my problem for me soon. I guess I'll change my village from Halloween to Thanksgiving mode. Trying to find things to do while waiting for part 2.....Zzzzzzzzzzzz.

Yes, even though you don't see a specific "Change Your Password" function, if you go to your home page and edit your personal settings, you can change your password by typing a new password into the two password fields and clicking "Submit" at the bottom of the page.

Welcome my dear, have you just come for a visit or are you staying ?? If staying, the "girls" need to know how to decorate your cell. Well it keeps them amused and stops that internminable chanting !! Anything goes - no matter how wild it will be done. It will be your cell but remember they don't allow computers or VV - thats how we all are the way we are - we just have to remember or imagine LOL !!

I guess I could stay. And since fall is upon us, I think I would like a summer theme for my room. I'm not sure of details just yet as far as decorating. I know I would have to think it over while sitting in a patio chair and drinking a tall glass of iced tea or lemonade. And with a fan on me on low speed to imitate a summer breeze. Aaaahhhh!! How I miss days like that already. Perhaps someone could paint a mural on the walls and ceiling to resemble the outdoors. That would be a good start right there. But I have to admit it will be tough going without computers and VV! I hope music is allowed or at least someone with a decent voice is going to have to sing once in a while and be willing to take requests. And maybe some of the others can find things to use for instruments. Maybe we can use the drum from the village school when its not being used. Sounds like a plan to me! How about it? Can anyone sing if we can't have radios or CD players?

Hey Great Idea There are loads of empty cells so how about the "girls" decorate with one for every season ?? I love the Autumn too but when I get too cold I could quickly scurry along to Summer for a quick heat up LOL !!

My dog Max is definitely one of the inmates now !! He was terrified of all the fireworks last night but absolutely refused to leave his bone !! Guess he figured thats what all the commotion was about - somebody trying to get in and take his bone LOL !!
I was just praying he didn't creep into my bed during the night with that huge smelly, slimy thing !!
