I have a game where I had a runner as the Tribe Leader. It was great when he was getting a lot of things done for the tribe (building new huts, clearing the beach, farming, even research went faster!) but as the tribe settled in and more of the villagers wanted to chat, argue, talk, complain, embrace!, etc. they always interrupted him from his tasks! Very frustrating!
