i have all the Tech...

what does my ADEPT SCIENTIST need to do to become a MASTER ?
so she can finally get started on the school ?
if i put here at the table she stay's there for awhile and then she just leaves.. goes dancing or whatever...

you have ALL the tech? Usually by that time you'd have several Master Scientists.. or did all your scientists die? If you do have all three levels of tech in every thing, then you have no choice but to put them back manually to the research table. They won't stay there with no more tech to research.

yes i have all the tech.

i only have two scientist. one is always building :S
the other one i put bck at the table all the time.
i will just keep putting her back then untill she's a master

You need to make sure that her job "preference" is set, but she'll still need to take occasional breaks.

if you have all the techs your scientist wont research anymore, unless you force them to each time.
